Our Mission 

Harbour Youth Alliance (HYA) is committed to safeguarding neurodivergent youth by providing families with crisis support, resource navigation, and advocacy during the most urgent moments. We ensure children and teens receive the care, protection, and services they deserve — without long delays or unsupported gaps. 

Our Story

HYA was founded in response to alarming trends affecting families in Pennsylvania:

• Long waitlists for autism evaluations and therapies

• Increasing elopement and safety risks

• Limited crisis intervention options

• Parental burnout and job loss due to lack of support

• Mental health struggles triggered by bullying and unmet needs
